RE: Wick 3: Parabellum . . .

Your assessment of Wick 3 pretty much matches mine. It was nearly continuous choreographed violence juxtaposed with totally bizarre and incongruous settings but in a really entertaining manner. I found myself laughing frequently at the outrageousness of the whole spectacle. There's nothing high minded about this production and it doesn't take itself seriously.

I saw this in a new Dolby auditorium and was really impressed with the sound and visuals. Gunfire had a sharp percussive impact similar to the real thing and the tons of breaking glass had a satisfying shimmer to it. This is Hollywood in technical top form. A guilty pleasure if ever there was one. I'll be seeing this again before it leaves the Dolby theater just for the sensory stimulation.
