I have seen some movies from that list.What I recommend:
- Gohatto (aka Taboo), my favourites recently... too bad, it's about a relation between men, just like Happy Together.
- Shadow Magic, the story about the first moving picture director in China.A waste of time:
- The Duel
- The Legend of the Flying Swordsman
- Young and Dangerous
Contrary to Andrew, I'm not a fan of Hou Hsiao Hsien. Flower of Shangai & the Puppetmaster are boring, nothing happens in these movies.eh Andrew, have you seen Red Chery and Temptation of a Monk? I consider them as a classic?
