Toni Servillo puts on a finely nuance performances of two twins living in different worlds. One a grounded, depressed but brilliant leftist politican and the other a highly delusional, vibrant man who enjoys life as it comes.

Enrico hits a down spot and needs to "take a break" without notice to his colleagues or assistant. He goes to his former lovers place and hides. Meanwhile a critical meeting is on the schedule and, in a panic, Giovanni is recruited to play his brother. Giovanni does it so well that he reinvigorates his parties standing which wasn't going to happen under Enrico.

This well done, clever movie that allows all the actors to shine. And, as usual, the splendor of Italy and Rome shines in the background.
