Except, for the book the film is based on, Isaacson had Jobs' cooperation (until he died) and interviewed hundreds of people he worked with.
Steve Wozniak was an adviser on the film and felt it was an accurate portrayal.
In the book Wozniak seemed to be Jobs opposite, a hardware genius who wanted to please and never says a bad thing about anyone.
