I just got a Panasonic 42" Plasma this week and so far I like Zoom the best, but for reference does anyone know how to set the side bars to grey on this unit?

With zoom, my doesnt' stretch at all, simply cuts off a portion of the top and bottom which is really only noticeable when subtitles or text is out of range.
