One sleeper is the Philips Q50. Do a search on the net for more info. There were a few software problems with early release players but they seem to have been sorted out now. Reports suggest the Q50 is far better than players costing 4X as much.I suggest you do a seach on the AVS forum for more info on those players you cited.
