Ebay ripoff?...or lazy seller?

Is this an ebay ripoff or what? I've been looking on ebay lately for a sony 7700 dvd player. Auction # 3016798195 ended on April 9. Currently there is one for auction (#3019933256) that has the exact same picture, description, mispelled word and reason for selling (bought a sacd player). I can see lifting a picture for representation of the item but isn't this a little too much? Maybe there is no dvd player at all and this is an out and out fraud in progress. I couldn't see any connections between the two sellers via feedback comparison but that doesn't mean anything if someone is determined to cover their tracks. Personally, I would never buy anything that doesn't show the actual unit up for sale. Thoughts anybody?
