it's been a year or so since i bought something from them, but they are really great to deal with and have not had a problem in about 5-10 xactions i have had with them.... they are just far enough away from me in CA to not pay sales tax and not to far to get reemed on Shipping.... Also, YES, you DO want to find other prices and then call them, thay always atleast match the price for me.Sam
