Check www.toshiba.ca for spec sheets on the AF42 & AF43.I just bought two 27AF43s and the picture is fantastic. The AF43 has BBE Audio Enhancement which really makes a difference.
The differences are the AF43 does NOT have Picture Modes or Dynamic Quadruple Focus but the AF43 DOES have INVAR shadow mask, 16:9 mode (which I don't know how to use or not sure how it works), separate controls for Bass/Treble/Balance, BBE, and Stable Sound, as well as a front headphone jack. Colour temp control is available on the AF43.
