Region 0 DVDs will play on any DVD player (they are not region specific). Of course, formats (NTSC and PAL) are a different story.
Many of the multi-region DVD players will play both PAL and NTSC and convert from one format to the other. Some players do this well and some players don't do a great job at the conversion. In either case, make sure the player will actually do the converting before you purchase a specific model.
