sony wega problem

I have a Sony Wega and just got HDTV from DirecTV. Everything works fine with an s-video connection. But, I cannot get the Wega to liven up the video 5 or video 6 connections which are component inputs. They don't appear as options on my setup screen. Anybody have a suggestion?
Is there a sony forum I should be consulting somewhere?
