I do live alone and have my easy chair planted in the center at an optimum distance from the screen. When I have vistors no one has complained of off center voices or center sounds but if they did the CC-3 is still there and can be electronicly connected vis the pre-pro's remote. I alos own MMG's and the 1.6 does have a wider dispersion area than the smaller Maggies.
