I did say that I couldn't answer your question.
At best I hoped that you might find some useful info in that review and that the site might prove useful for you when searching for info on some other films.
They do update reviews from time to time, adding comparisons with new releases of the same film or additional comments so it is possible that you could recheck that review at some time in the future and find the answers to your questions. I know that doesn't help right now but it is always handy to have a number of sites like that to check when you're chasing things.
Here are 2 further reviews, one of which is of the HD-DVD release. Neither answers your question but the first review does provide another take on the 2 disc edition:
