I don't think you are going to find what you are looking for. I don't know of any stereo receivers that have what you want ... you are asking for 2.1-channels. Stereo receivers are few and far between as it is, compared to surround sound units.

Just connect the subwoofer to the speaker outputs of any stereo receiver. I doubt whether you will notice a sonic differnce (over a preamp level connection) since using a receiver anyway.
