Since I'm in the market for a 50" plasma in the next year, I'm more than curious . . . and I'm hoping for "full implementation" (please don't ask me what that means!) of HDMI 1.3 on these Pioneer plasmas. I doubt the non-Elite models will have it, but hopefully, the Elites will which, IIRC, won't be released until September.
