Did anyone here notice the framing problem with the first Pirates BD?

TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Home Theater systems and more.

I don't have the BD, only the DVD, and there isn't enough money to make me sit through any of those movies again, but apparently Curse of the Black Pearl has framing problems, where they cut people's heads off on the BD, but not on the DVD. That's just sloppy work, and I am surprised.
