The Mills Law Firm sued on behalf of a nationwide class of over 60,000 owners of LCD televisions with defective bulbs and secured class-wide relief in November 2006. Panasonic agreed to provide extended warranties for all class members, reimburse owners who had paid for replacement bulbs, and even replace TVs that failed three or more times with a new model TV â€“ delivered at manufacturerâ€™s cost.
