Interconnect for RF demodulator?

I'm interested in any suggestions or opinions people have about whether or not using different interconnects for an RF demodulator (for a DVL 91 combo player) would make any difference.
Right now, I am using a .5 meter run of Kimber Kable PBJ I had laying around, into my Proceed AVP's internal demodulator. Sounds fine, but I'm curous if anyone else has experimented with cables for this purpose.
