Help for system (long, but fun)

I'm looking for advice on putting together a HT system. My room size is about 14 by 18. The room will have a foosball table at the back and the TV will be on the opposite wall.

Other than the size, I know what display I'm getting (LED DLP), but need advice on speakers/receiver and accessories. Thanks in advance for reviewing and helping me with all of my questions.

My budget for speakers (I already have a Velodyne CT-100 (10") sub I will use) is around $2000-$2200. I need fronts, surrounds and a center channel. I'm thinking either Klipsch or Aperion, but I admit I don't know much here.

My budget for receiver is about $1000-1200. I think I'm looking for something with 3 input HDMI switching (DVD, XB0X 360 Elite (in a month) and DirecTV box), but if someone can tell me a comparable way to use these sources without the HDMI, I'll certainly listen. I'm looking at Pioneer or Denon here, but again I'm not aware of the universe of choices.

As far as accessories go, I recognize I will need a good surge supressor, but will I benefit from a line conditioner? If so, what would you recommend?

Thanks and please ask if I left some information off my list.
