.....but it does seem to make sense. The two times the cable company came out to 'fix' my picture by taking off my ground isolaters, they denied any grounding issues coming from their cable line. Both times they swore that there are no grounding issues with their product, even going into great detail(re: BS)to explain how their cable signal cannot pollute my electrical line (which it obviously does).

So who do I talk to at the cable compnay? As the operators and service techs are obviously clueless when it comes to these problems.
