OTA/HD is hit or miss

in my area (Hampton Roads VA) since all the local broadcast antennas are in one area, inland from the coast. I happened to luck out, using a CM 4228, getting all the locals with a decent signal.

But others in the area aren't so lucky. Reading AVS's local OTA/HD boards for our area, some folks lose the signal when the trees grow leaves, or when the jets fly by (from the local Oceana Naval jet base)!

Luckily we have cable, dish, and Verizons to take up the slack.
