Pre/Pro Converts DD/DTS to PCM stereo

Does anyone know of a Pre/Pro or AV receiver that can decode DD and/or DTS to PCM Stereo, so I can run audio signal into a DAC? My Verizon FIOS Motorola QIP 6416 STB has SPDIF audio outputs that put out only in 5.1, and I am trying to get a PCM stereo audio signal into my DAC.
