I'd suggest making the drive...

... if you want to watch the player, today. I live in SF valley, and I think the heaviest of the rains is over (As of 1:45pm). You could try Radio Shack, too-you can call an RS and get a store employee to give you information, which is unlikely at Fry's, and that might save you a wasted drive. If you're more patient than that, GTF's internet store suggestion is a winner.
