I've seen that on several LCD tvs. Not all, but many. I bought a Sony SXRD mostly it did not have this problem, and it looked great on fast moving scenes. LCoS, (liquid crystal on silicon), is another variation of Sony's brand name SXRD technology. They are not as thin as an LCD or plasma set, but are only about 12" deep.
