RE: Anyone using HDMI to DVI-D?

I did what you are proposing with my first plasma display. Now, I am using an HDMI-to-DVDd adapter with a DVI cable and a DVId-to-HDMI adapter now. The issues have to do with what is on the ends of the cable(s), not the cables. Can we assume your Sony is HDCP-compatible?
