HD Receiver with great D/A converter

Hi folks. I'm thinking of finally upgrading my beloved Lexicon DC1 surround sound controller, and maybe getting a 7.1 receiver that will also power the two sides and two rears that are now powered by a pair of Jolida JD1501RC's. This will allow me to take advantage of the HD sound channels from my Samsung BluRay player, sell off the Jolida amps (worth about $1200 total), and gain some space in my very crowded rack. I think the sale of the amps will do pretty well against the cost of a new receiver, so it's a win/win all around. I'm also looking to buy a new D/A converter for my modified Squeezebox Duet, but thought I might be able to skip that by getting a receiver that also has a state-of-the-art D/A converter for two channel built in as well. Then I could sell off the modified AMC DAC9 tube D/A I've been using for the last 8 years, and apply that money to the new receiver. Speakers are Aerial 20T's, CC3, and 5's , main amp is a Theta Dreadnaught, and the two channel preamp is a Conrad Johnson 17LSII (bypassed for theater). Cables are all Synergistic Research Resolution Reference and Tesla.

My question: Is there a receiver under about $1500 that will accomplish all of the above, particularly giving me a much improved 2 channel D/A converter? I've looked at the Benchmark and PS Audio DACs so that's the standard I would like to reproduce inside a receiver. Am I dreaming? Anybody have some input to my issues? Thanks!!

Objectives:
GREAT sounding receiver with minimum four channels of at least 100WPC, HD surround sound, superior video processing, room correction, and a very nice D/A converter for analog.
