RE: Samsung LN52A650 verses Sony KDL-46XBR2

Yeah, the Samsungs are nice. They seem to have more clarity and depth than the comparable Sonys. Colors seem quite accurate in Movie Mode. I bought a 46" 850 model at Fry's a couple of weeks ago ($1750) and I'm very satisfied.

I like the red tinted frame too. And I'm using the TV as an audio source, running music downloads on jumpdrives through the TV and out it's audio outs to my preamp.
