Anyone Having Trouble Playing 12rounds Blu Ray on Oppo 83?

Bought 12rounds Blu ray today at Best Buy and it won't play on my brand new Oppo Blu Ray player. I can see the previews and get to the main menu, but once I choose to play the film, the blu-ray disc simply stops and the Oppo player's screen simply shows 0:00:00. Has anyone else had this problem?
