Beluray DVD Player that will stream music from Pandora and PC

I'm looking for a Blueray player for Xmas that has the following features--

<$300

Plays Blueray/DVD/CD

Digital spdif and analog l/r audio out that run simulaneously

Stream music from internet service mainly Pandora

Stream music stored on my PC (flac/mp3) via wifi

I saw a Samsung on CNET that has the features but the reviews say the reliably really sucks.

Midfi quality sound. Doesn't need to be audiophile but don't want a peice of junk.

Was also considering a PS3. DOn't know how conveniently it will set up to play music. I don't want to go thru five minutes of menus to launch music.

If I had $600 burning a hole in my pocket, I'd buy a Squeezebox and a blueray player. I don't.
