There should be some type of feature to even out the uneven screen aging. I know the broadcast/commercial models have a few sceen settings to mitigate such problems. Hopefully the consumer models, if that's what you have, can do this as well.

If not, there may be a reference disc available which would have some of the burn-in "reversing" patterns. Such a disc could take the place of features not included in consumer models.
