When I saw JLo (or was it Mariah Carey - they all look the same to me) donning the gloves, I put it back on the shelf. Badass women just don't do a thing for me:-)

I don't know Rob, I really have had enough of this month's losers...it all started with Frailty:-)OTOH, I had a good laugh with the Tim Allen comedy released this week - two days after I see it, I've forgotten the title which probably tells you something. It had its moments.
so the righteous violence is justified.Enough is not an awful film. You really do feel the fear and frustration on the part of the fleeing mother. I actually think Ms. Lopez is a decent actress...better than some of the other mega-stars frankly. The end is really worthwhile. IMO, they should have kept the hand to hand combat thing a secret when they promoted the film.
I mean of course we expect him to get it in the end, but it traditonally has been the rescuing male with a gun, or the accidental turning into the knife or some such. This one was deliberate, planned, mono e mono, pugilistic revenge. That is a first as far as I know and it worked well, I thought. JLo is pysically beefy enough to make you believe she can do it, and she does it with a good dose of attitude to boot. I think you will enjoy it.Rob
