I was hotly anticipating purchasing this item for Xmas, only to find, only online, there was a technical screwup in the film transfers, in aspect ratios for discs 2 and 3, of the 3 DVD set.

What irks me about this, was that, 1) the item is still in the retail marketplace for purchase, and 2) it's my understanding, that, you can send back the defective discs to the manufacturer, but a correction won't be available until February, when the box sets will be discontinued and single disc versions will be in the marketplace.

WHAT A RIP OFF ! There used to be a time when a defective product, was pulled from the marketplace, IMMEDIATELY, and retailers would be responsible and cease selling a defective item.

Guess times change, especially, when Xmas sales are crucial to a stores survival, and grabbing the cash is more important than a store's reputation.

I don't plan to purchase the set, at all, now. They can take someone else's money and put it where the sun don't shine ! No wonder Blockbuster is going down the tubes!!! They deserve it !
