It's been a while since I saw both, so I am not going to argue that point, so I simply keep both.

  Do you think that "The Killing" is a better film than"The Asphalt Jungle". It's been awhile for me for the latter so I think I may dig it out tonight while the former is in my mind.

    I am afraid same thing here - has been too long to judge them conclusively... both fine films. The Jungle maybe stronger overall, with harder more relentless push, thicker atmosphere, if you know what I mean, but that is just my memory.

        Well, maybe... all I am saying is that when I think of Jungle I do not recall her images.
        Maybe it is just me, but she never did anything for me... except perhaps in Some Like it Hot, and that was well before my maturity.
