Unless you have a region free player, all you can play region 1 or 0.
There are quite a few places to get import discs, but few of them are region 0-many/most(but not all) region 0s are bootlegs. Thailand tends to put out region 0s. If you really like imports, you may wish to buy an all region player.
Here's a list of places that import discs-they'll tell you what region they are, and if they are PAL.
