If that's what you're looking for, then Jason Stratham, from Snatch, the Transporter, and the Italian Job (Handsom Rob) He's a bit too grizzly, and balding, to be a really good Bond, but otherwise perfect. Might be an excellent villan, if someone exactly like him hadn't been the bad guy in the last four or five films.

For someone a bit younger, how about Jack Davenport, from the Talented Mr. Ripley, Pirates of the Carribean, and a bunch of British films?
