"Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" was extremely good, and there was none of his mugging. It was actually a moving performance for me. I think it was a brilliant film - brilliant writing, directing, and acting. For me this was real proof that Carrey can, if fact, act.

I Liked him in "The Majestic" as well. Too bad the film went nowhere.

I have heard of neither of them. The best movies are always the sleepers. It has to have some sort of outrageous or ignorant plot and a load of stupid tricks to make it anywhere near a cinema and even the shelves of many video stores.

It was his best dramatic performance and an excellent acting job. Nice movie too.
