...but found it mind-numbingly boring for the first 45 minutes or so and couldn't go on. And if a book doesn't have you interested by the first 50 pages, why read it?

I saw it about 6-12? months ago when it came to the local arthouse cinema.
Fascinating movie . . . the conclusion is amazing.
It boggles the mind that people still live so primitively, of course when judged by western standards.
