  10 years, or so. Look at all the actors that had careers elevated by that film.
  So many brilliant characters and what guts to tackle such a topic. Ben Gazarra was great to see after such a long hiatus from the big screen. Solondz shows a knack just about equal to Tarantino's for bringing great performances out of actors one previously hadn't appreciated.

    ..especially american films, like that - sooooo good.
    The copy I had was american and the image didn't work on my dvd here in France, grainy, b & w, but I was still mesmerized by this wonderful film!
