If you don't mind, I'd like your opinions on the following films,
(assuming you've seen them): 'Drums Along the Mohawk'-1939; 'Lawrence of Arabia'-1962; 'The Fall of the Roman Empire'-1964;
'Doctor Zhivago'-1965; and 'Nixon'-1995. ~AH

"Drums... own and like. Laserdisc
"Lawrence..." I have never cared for. DVD.
"The Fall..." I liked (and a lot better than "Gladiator".
"Doctor Zhivago" OK but I like the TV version better. Both DVD.
"Nixon" is one of my all time favorites. I have the director's cut on DVD.

Mine:Drums... nice picture without much importance. A bit in the pace of " Young Mr. Lincoln " but long not that good.
Lawrence... a master piece even you like it or not, but beware of a small sreen!
The Fall....I can not remember it to well, but was not a great film.
Zhivago.... Absolutely bad.
Nixon...Middle of the way, but more on the not worth to look at...And if only for the one man show...
Now letīs see what Rico has to say...
