Whilst many of you are watching the Exorcist, Halloween and Amityville's, I am taking great delight in this gem i bought at a Dollar store today. Its a b-Film from 1965 called *"Jesse James Meets Frankesteins Daughter".Its a Cross genre western / horror flic. Its a traditional well acted western for the first 45 minutes, with no hint that it will become a monster movie. It changes gears abrubtly in a bizarre fashion and ends up as a 60's monster film.Delightful! What are you watching for HAlloween? * (Starring Narda Onyx,John Lupton,Cal Bolder. Director William Beaudine)

Follow Ups:
... the World Movies channel here has a night called Nordic Nightmares...
Terror from the Arctic Circle.
I watched Hellraiser for the first time since it came out. I fast forwarded through most of it because it was so stupid and not scary at all, too bad because it was a neat idea and I remember being scared the first time through. You probably do not need to hear this but do not waste your time.

From the Coil website:"Clive Barker and Coil were friends during the early 1980s and it's been frequently noted that he was inspired to write "Hellraiser" from some of the literature and art Coil used to collect. Naturally he wanted Coil to do the score but while initial reports claim their music was "too scary" for the film, the reality is closer to that of the Hollywood studio wanting their own chums to do the work."
