I have heard demo of meridian's trifield and lexicon's logic 7, which sounded pretty darn good. Does anyone know of a reasonably priced receiver or pre/pro which does good 2 channel music to surround music modes?

Or as some people swear by, DPLII. But from what I heard, it stank. Of course, this is relative to Trifield, which doesn't do any of those logic steering, which wreaks favoc on the soundstage.
