Is there a product that can flip a video source upside down? (Composite or VGA?) I basically have an LCD projector that does not have the Celing option in the menu.Or is there some kind of software out there for Windows that will do the same?

Yes, there is a device to do this, but you can kill me if I know where to get it. One that I used (from friend) long time ago, is installed in video line and could flip picture upside-down, and/or leftside-right, like in a mirror.
In a tube TV, or tube-type projector, this is easy done by one/three switch(es) just reversing polarity for deflection system. But LCD does not have deflection system, so you'll have to find this little device somewhere.
