Here's one but be forewarned, alot of "ignorants" float here and live to slam other people. There's also alot of junk, but just keep using the "next page" button at the bottom of the page. There's thousands of systems.... both 2 channel and HT.

I continue to be perplexed about -* those who have top audio in one room and HT in another. If you like fine audio then you will hear it on movies, documentaries, broadcast TV, ... Have a combined system.
* those who try to emulate the set up in a commercial movie house - YUK, just what I want to avoid. The sound is usually ghastly and the pic may not be much better

We're fortunate in that the house we purchased in March 2002 has a large "bonus" room that was added above the garage. It shares only about 4' of wall with the rest of the house and is rather set apart. It doubles as a play room for our 2-year-old.1) Aesthetics. My wife doesn't like to see home theater gear in her "living" space. We have a second audio set-up and TV downstairs, but they live behind the disappearing doors of nice-looking furniture.
2) Privacy. Sometimes we like to watch films that our little girl shouldn't be watching (R-rated) and this way we can see them if she's in bed. It works in reverse, too, since I don't necessarily want to see "Shrek" for the 99th time.
3) Duplication. In the case of #2 above, or when there is a good (American) football game on, various members of the family and whatever friends are over can watch multiple shows.
4) Room dimensions, layout, accoutrements. With its hardwood floors, our upstairs room is bright for music but fine for home theater, whereas the downstairs, with more curtains and rugs and furniture, offers much better acoustics for music.
