Hi,I am building a new system in my basement (will be used for light movie watching, video games, TV, music, etc.). I thought I could make this a fun project by building the speakers myself. The only DIY kit I've seen so far are the pair of monitors at parts express. I want the kit to be all-inclusive (i.e. I dont want to buy a cabinet and then look for midrange, tweeter, etc.). I am looking for the two fronts for now and will add the center and rears in later. My price range is at around $150 but can be a little more (if I'm getting a really good deal...). Feel free to ask questions.
Thanks in advance...

I built the Audax HT system from Madisound. Very satisfied.

In that price range check out these. Very good speakers for the money. I have built a couple of sets. Great people to work with.

At $150 I think the Part Express is you best option. Other companies that sell kits would be GR Research (an outstanding value), Madisound, Selah Audio. There are others, but I don't remember them.
