I have a Hitachi 57S500 57" RPTV being delivered on Monday, and just got an awesome deal on a Denon DVD-2900 ($600 open box w/full Warranty at American TV). Wanted to see if anybody is using this combination, and if they are happy with the performance...

Follow Ups:
I'm using a 16:9 Sony 34" Sony XBR (heavy) CRT and so far I've been very pleased with the Denon DVD-2900. Picture quality is superb (via RGB) and it's easy to operate. I suppose the SACD playback is also good but I didn't exactly drop my jaw comparing the Denon's SACD performance against my Cary CDP on redbook. I'm not complaining, I was just expecting more from SACD but we're comparing a $1000 (MSRP) universal player against a dedicated 'high-end' redbook only player. Redbook playback on the Denon is also very good but no match for the Cary CDP.
