This may be a silly question but here goes: When making a dvd copy from, say camcorder tapes, can you put in chapter markers?If so, can you go back and put in chapter markers on the dvd later?

If i remember i think DVDRW can be re edited but DVDR has a bit of a problem but it may also depend on machine and model.I own 2 dvd recorders and the LITEON unit is by far the best.
It is easy peasy to use and the audio quality from VHS is amazing.
The philips is not reccomended,They admitted that there machines have a high failure rate (probably explains why they are so cheap thesedays).?Regards,

I do think mine will do both (?), never tried..... I can check if you wish, but you should probably check with the particular brand and model you are considering.
