I have a 27" mitsubishi TV, model cs-2710ra, and it makes an annoying buzzing noise all the time. Its not comming from the speakers, and it get louder when white, or a bright light appears on the screen. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had precisely the same problem on a 27" Sony many years ago. The repair shop found a cracked circuit card that had to be replaced. Tech told me it cracked from heat stress and his guess was that was leaking voltage from a video circuit associated with image brightness was affecting the audio. The buzzing disappeared with the new circuit card and never returned though we used that set for about 10 more years. Today you can buy a new 27" TV for a lot less than that card cost.

Does it slowly modulate (change somehow) up and down? If so, it's your video sync beating against the power line. If on cable, disconnect the cable and see if it goes away. If it does, get a in line transformer to break the hum.
