  I got one about a month ago. Best set I have ever seen. Sports in HD is breath taking. This is the best TV purchase I have ever made. I have two other HD sets btw, a Samsung and a Pioneer. The other two are now unwatchable because of the Sony.

    Their D-ILA is basically LCOS. I didn't care for their 720p version, but they just came out with their 1080p versions. Look for them too.

      I finally saw it at a Video Only store. It was set up next to the 60" Sony.

      Both sets are stunning and I'd say the Sony still looked out 5-10% better than the JVC. BUT....JVC is about $1200 less, so I'm going with the JVC 61" 1080p model.
