  Next year's Democratically controlled US House of Reps. might be more willing to ignore bullshit like this MPAA $50 "living room" fee. We might even see bills like Rick Boucher's(D)-VA DMCRA passed.

  Of course, the Dems might feel as indebted to MPAA/RIAA lobbyists as much as the the GOP. The $50 Home Theater fee, would I imagine, incite Americans more than most issues to "throw the bums out"
