Like any movie they vary in terms of quality and story line. IMO the best Greek movie I have seen was a verision of the Iliad. It showed Greeks at their fractious best/worst. Great acting and a wonderful insight into human drives. Worth seeing if you can stand the subtitles or if you speak modern Greek.

Felini movies have the same charactistic, very Italian. Some are wonderful others are just self-indulent.
